英文Rate of Change的缩写。在技术分析中，变动率〔变动速度〕是衡量最新的收盘价与先前某特定时间价格的比例的指标。例如，编制一个5天变动速度是指将最新的收盘价除以5天前的价格，然后乘以100而得。100为中点或零点线。

In technical analysis, the ROC is an indicator that measures the ratio of the most recent closing price to a price in a previous set period. Thus, a five-day rate of change oscillator is constructed by dividing the latest closing price by the price five days previous and multiplying by 100. The 100 line becomes the midpoint or zero line.
