共同行动 - Gongtong xingdong

指投资者行动一致以实现他们的共同目标。例如为接管一家公司而购买所需的全部股票，或购买所需的最低数量股票，以便能合法、公开地出价购买余下的股票。有时候“共同行动”被认为是非法的。口语亦称为“伙同方”(a concert party)。

Investors working together to achieve the same goal, e.g. to buy all the stock they need to take over a company or to purchase the minimum needed so that they can legitimately make an open bid to buy outstanding shares. Sometimes acting in concert is considered illegal. Also known colloquially as a concert party.
