超额配股权 - Chao’e peiguquan
股票承销协议的一项条款，允许承销商在市场需求强劲时，额外配售一定数量的股份，如原招股规模的15%。 因首家给予承销商这种权利的公司称Green Shoe Company而得名，有时亦称为Over-Allotment Option(超额配股权)。
