指美国政府发行的期限为3个月、6个月、最长为12个月的无记名短期债券。国库券定期出售，在货币市场上占有主导地位。美国财政部有近三分之一的有价债券属于国库券。在公开市场买卖国库券是美国货币政策的重要组成部分。
