票据发行便利是一种票据承销安排，借款人以自己的名义发行短期票据（通常为3-6个月），承销银行会购进未能售出的票据，或是提供备用信贷，藉此确保借款人可获得资金。
NIF
An NIF allows borrowers to offer short-term paper (usually three or six months) in their own names. Fund availability is guaranteed to the borrower by underwriting banks who buy any unsold notes at successive rollover dates or who provide a standby credit.
