现货市场 - Xianhuo shichang
对与期货、期权和互换等衍生工具市场相对的市场的一个统称。现货市场交易的货币、债券或股票是衍生工具的标的资产(underlying instruments)。在外汇和债券市场，现货市场指期限为12个月左右的债务工具（如票据、债券、银行承兑汇票）的交易。

A generic term used to describe markets in underlying financial instruments such as currencies, bonds and shares, as opposed to markets in derivative instruments such as futures, options and swaps. The term is also widely used in foreign exchange and debt markets to describe trading in debt instruments (bills, bonds, bankers acceptances etc.) with maturities of 12 months or less.
