运用“相对强弱指数”（RSI）进行技术分析时所用的术语，是市场走势可能反转的讯号。 有两种情形：一是市场处于升势，RSI超过70，但新高点无法超越上一高点，这种情形称为a top failure swing；二是市场处于跌势，RSI低于30，但新低点无法跌逾上一低点，这种情形称为a bottom failure swing。

A term used in technical analysis with specific reference to the Relative Strength Index (RSI). A top failure swing occurs when the market is in an uptrend and the RSI is over 70 but the next peak fails to exceed the previous peak. Similarly, a bottom failure swing occurs if the market is in a downtrend and the RSI is below 30 but the next peak fails to fall below the previous peak.
