可提前赎回的 - Ke tiqian shuhui de
可提前赎回的债券(callable bond)给予发行人在债券期满前按约定条件赎回债券的权利。发行人通常会在票面利率高于市场利率时选择行使提前赎回权。 一般来说，可提前赎回的债券通常附带对持有人的保护条款(call protection)，注明发行人在某段时间内不能提前赎回。英文亦称为redeemable bond。
