全数包销 - Quanshu baoxiao
承销商(underwriter)或牵头承销商(lead manager)承诺将拟发行的证券全数买下来，再转售二级市场。全数包销令发行人得以将无法按发行价卖出整批证券的风险转移到承销商身上。
Bought Deal
Commitment from an underwriter or lead manager to purchase all of the issue of bonds or shares for resale to the secondary market. This method transfers the risk of being unable to sell a whole issue at the offering price from the issuer to the underwriter.
